About The Position:
The Partnerships Manager is a critical partner success operations leader for the Partnerships Team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented team contributor. They are especially skilled at project management and at coordinating systems that stay on track with budget and timeline. The primary task of this position is to ensure that our external-facing partnership team members have what they need to steward partners well. However, the position will also manage a small caseload of our partners with opportunities for growth in external relationship management as the organization grows. Effective and customer oriented communications will be essential to the success of the role.
Duties/Responsibilities:

Partner & Project Management Leadership (50%)
- Use LGR-branded templates to create onboarding decks and prep onboarding agendas for new partners
- Maintain Salesforce tracking of partner relationship management stages
- Execute on all partner reporting systems, collaborating with Data & Evaluation Team as needed to make revisions, updates or corrections
- Manage annual partner survey cycles
- Maintain Salesforce records for all partner contacts, new and existing
- Lead scheduling coordination with partners for meeting cycles
- Provide project management support for the department’s work with external partners and cross departmental projects
- Act as the partner success power user for Salesforce, providing operational efficiency insights, first-line troubleshooting support to the team, and reporting support
Partner Relationship Management (25%)
- Lead LGR’s Tier 1 partnerships portfolio through the full partner lifecycle
- Lead onboarding meetings, annual data meetings, and annual renewal processes
- Ensure all Tier 1 partners meet annual partner satisfaction metrics
Relationship & Event Strategy Support (25%)
- Lead the planning and execution of partner cultivation events by managing budgets, planning venue logistics, and managing invitations and guest lists
- Review conference attendee lists and provide pre-conference outreach support to all directors who travel for the Partnerships Team
- Coordinate with program and partnership teams on scheduling coach participation in partner meetings
- Conduct research and prepare stakeholder briefs for strategic partner relationship building meetings

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degrees or higher.
- 2-3+ years of related work experience, with a preference for at least 3 years in account/partner management or strategic partnership/business development
- Familiarity with the fields of college access/success, education, education technology, or education sales strongly preferred
Location:
This is a remote position.
Compensation and Benefits:
$48,000- $50,000/ year with excellent benefits and a flexible working environment.
Salary commensurate with work experience and skill level.
