About The Position:
The Enrollment Manager (EM) will report to the Director of Enrollment. The EM will need to possess both a keen eye for detail as well as a strong ability to provide customer service. Since we are in a time of exponential growth within our organization, it is important that the EM is flexible enough to handle the needs of students and parents as well as the needs of systems execution. Having knowledge of Salesforce or a passion to learn the system is imperative to the work of the EM. Correspondingly, being able to communicate effectively both internally and externally is also a must as this person will be asked to not only communicate through email and text, but also present to potential new students. As this position can have many priorities and tasks during the course of the work day, being able to pivot from data to communication quickly is an important piece of this work. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Data & Enrollment Systems Execution: (55%)
- Execute necessary administrative procedures on Salesforce and other web platforms according to student enrollment rules and policies
- Serve as the Salesforce expert for the team, managing a wide range of programmatic and systems reporting and coordination of multiple systems.
- Thoroughly review all student enrollment data files, checking for compliance with data agreements and working to resolve any discrepancies
- Accurately enter and update all data to maintain correct student enrollment records
- Leverage Salesforce to track recruitment and enrollment statistics and to monitor progress toward team goals
- Ensure data integrity for all recruitment and enrollment contacts
Student Pipeline & Enrollment Support: (40%)
- Ensure students and families have a positive onboarding experience through timely, inclusive, and customer-oriented communication
- Identify and resolve student enrollment challenges and proactively outreach to students and families to ensure enrollment is complete
- Maintain and create student-facing recruitment materials in alignment with the goals of the Director of Enrollment so that staff and partners have materials needed to lead effective recruitment events
- Conduct regional investigations of appropriate recruitment areas using Google and NCES data
- Coordinate and lead recruitment events and information sessions, as needed
Other Projects & Responsibilities (5%)
- Participate in org-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts
- Other assignments, as needed

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degrees or higher.
- At least two years related experience is preferred.
Location & Hours:
This is a remote, part time position that requires employees to be available for work and collaboration between standard work day hours (Eastern time). Employees will be issued a work laptop and initial work-from-home stipend (see below).
Compensation and Benefits:
$25/hr with 4 days sick leave and a flexible working environment.
Wage commensurate with work experience and skill level.
