Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees all aspects of fundraising, including strategy development, donor cultivation, impact storytelling, campaign execution, and team leadership. The Vice President will play a critical role in aligning fundraising efforts with organizational priorities, clearly articulating LGR’s impact, and positioning the organization for long-term financial sustainability.
